Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is one of Nature's wonders, long used as a health tonic in tropical climates. We have gone to great efforts to produce our "Extra Virgin Coconut Oil" (VCO) using premium fresh coconut meat, crushed in the traditional stone mills using a cold-press method, followed by natural fermentation for 48 hours. The clear oil obtained from this gentle process retains the distinct scent and taste of fresh coconuts. During our entire process, we avoid the use of heating or any chemicals. Our VCO is an excellent aid to a more vigorous metabolism and physical health, and it should be used as a daily dietary fat supplement. Because of its high content of lauric acid, it is recommended for children as well as adults, and it can be consumed directly as a food spread or sauce. Our VCO has excellent stability against oxidation and heating, and it can also be used for healthy cooking.
